Common Tenant Questions.

Does the monthly payment really includes everything?

Yes! We believe in simplicity and transparency and you will have no surprise charges.

Can I register my address to the apartment?

Absolutely! In all of our apartments you can do an "Anmeldung" and register yourself to start your new life in Berlin.

Can I bring my pet?

We love furry friends! In most of our apartments your pet is welcome with an added deposit. Please note it in your application when you submit it.

Do you provide cleaning services?

With pleasure! Our professional team of cleaners would be happy to drop by your place on regular or one time basis for an added cost. Our cleaning fares are fair and straightforward. Contact our booking team for more info.

Can I renew my lease?

Based on availability, we always like to keep good tenants with us. We discuss lease renewals 3 months before a lease's end.

What happens if I have to move out earlier?

No problem! We understand sometimes plans change. We have a notice period of 3 months, and we even try to release tenants earlier if we find a new tenant to move in instead of them.

When do I get my deposit back?

As soon as possible! When you move out of your apartment we'll inspect it together. If no problems are found you can expect the deposit to be sent back to you within one month.
