    To ensure we handle your maintenance request efficiently, please complete the form following these guidelines:

    • Full name
    • Full address
    • Email address
    • Lease code (found in your rental contract)
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos

    The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to assess the situation and send the right specialist.

    Please note:

    1. If your case requires a high level of urgency, please call 112 for the local police/ambulance/fire service.
    2. If you are locked out at night or at the weekend, please contact an emergency locksmith.
    3. Maintenance Requests may not be properly submitted if they do not follow this procedure.
    4. We prioritise cases according to their urgency, it may take 2-3 working days to hear from us when the case is not of the highest urgency - we appreciate your patience.
